ATF, Brake and Coolant Service Equipment: What to Buy
Match ATF9800, BFE-9800 and WCS-9800 to transmission, brake and cooling-system service. Check adapters, fluids and quotation scope.

Three service tasks need separate equipment selection
ATF9800 is for compatible automatic transmission fluid service, BFE-9800 is for compatible brake fluid exchange, and WCS-9800 is for compatible engine cooling-system service. Similar cabinet shapes and controls do not make their fluids, hoses or procedures interchangeable. Build the equipment list around the services your workshop actually offers.
ATF9800: automatic transmission fluid exchange
The published ATF9800 configuration has separate 20 L new-fluid and used-fluid tanks, a 7-inch LCD touchscreen, automatic flow-direction recognition and a printer supplied as standard. The documented supply is DC 12 V, with maximum power of 150 W.
Before ordering, identify the vehicle models, transmission types, required fluid and service connections. Request the adapter list. A vehicle database does not establish compatibility with every transmission or permission to use one service method on every vehicle.
BFE-9800: brake fluid exchange
BFE-9800 provides Recover, Charge and Exchange functions with separate 10 L new-fluid and used-fluid tanks. The published configuration uses DC 12 V power and lists 200 W.
Match the reservoir-cap adapter, required brake fluid and vehicle procedure. Ask whether the intended vehicle requires additional diagnostic steps or tools; a fluid exchanger should not be assumed to replace every part of a vehicle-specific brake service procedure.
WCS-9800: coolant exchange and circulation cleaning
WCS-9800 provides equivalent coolant exchange, circulation cleaning, filling and recovery. Its published configuration includes separate 20 L new and used coolant tanks, a 7-inch LCD touchscreen and DC 12 V power with a maximum rating of 250 W.
Confirm the cooling-system connections, approved coolant, service procedure and adapter package. A tank capacity is not the fill quantity of a vehicle. Use the model instructions and vehicle requirements for safe preparation and operation.
Specify the package before comparing quotations
Compare equipment and included accessories line by line. Ask for an itemized list of adapters, hoses, consumables, service documents and optional items. Do not treat a product illustration as an agreed packing list.
Ask the supplier to distinguish machine dimensions from packing dimensions and net weight from gross shipping weight. Confirm these values for the ordered configuration before arranging freight.
Send a service-based equipment enquiry
Send your current service list and vehicle coverage so the equipment proposal can be checked against actual workshop needs.
- Vehicle models and the three services you plan to offer
- Required fluids and connection or reservoir types
- Existing tools and any missing adapters
- Available power and preferred operating language
- Quantity, destination and required delivery scope
Frequently asked questions
Can one of these machines replace all three?
The published configurations cover different vehicle systems. Select ATF9800 for transmission fluid, BFE-9800 for brake fluid and WCS-9800 for coolant service; do not assume one is interchangeable with another.
Is the printer included on ATF9800?
The current BAOHUA ATF9800 configuration lists a printer as standard. Confirm that configuration in the order.
Are all vehicle adapters included?
The guide does not establish a universal adapter package. Send the intended vehicles and request an itemized adapter list with the quotation.
This guide supports early equipment planning. Final dimensions, specifications, installation instructions, supply scope, and applicable documents must be confirmed for the exact model and site before ordering.
