Match the machine to the engine lubrication system

An engine flush machine should be chosen for the fluid circuit and service the workshop intends to perform. BAOHUA LCS-9800 is an engine lubrication-system cleaner. It is separate from ATF9800 transmission-fluid equipment and WCS-9800 coolant equipment.

The supplied LCS-9800 manual describes circulating cleaning fluid through the engine lubrication system and recovering residual liquid from the oil pan. Its controls include charging, recovery, cleaning and air purging. These functions identify the equipment; they do not establish a requirement to flush every engine or a guaranteed result for a particular condition.

Before ordering, identify the engine and intended maintenance task. Check that the required connection and approved service method are available for that engine rather than relying only on the phrase engine flush.

Is engine flushing oil supplied with the machine?

BAOHUA confirms that engine flushing oil is purchased separately by the buyer locally and is not supplied with LCS-9800. Include this consumable in the workshop plan instead of assuming the equipment shipment provides everything needed for the first service.

The manual requires a suitable designated cleaning fluid. Specify the intended engine flushing oil and check it against the equipment instructions and engine requirements. Do not treat a photograph of an example container as a mandatory brand or an included product.

The ordered equipment, approved cleaning fluid and engine procedure should be reviewed together. Fluid quantity, condition and replacement should follow the applicable instructions rather than being generalized into one quantity or reuse interval for every vehicle.

What adapter package is standard?

The current aluminium-case LCS-9800 adapter kit illustrated here is supplied as standard. Use the actual connection requirements to check the kit. The supplied illustrated operating reference shows oil-pan connections and alternative adapter arrangements, so a general vehicle description is not enough to choose a connection.

Send the vehicle make, model, year, engine identification and connection photographs when requesting confirmation. Ask which included adapters match the intended service and whether any additional item is required.

The adapter case for LCS-9800 should be kept distinct from the coolant, transmission and brake-fluid packages. Similar fitting shapes do not establish interchangeability across these machines.

Why is an external air compressor relevant?

The manual describes an air-purge function for removing residual cleaning fluid. That function uses an external compressed-air connection; the machine does not replace the workshop compressor. Confirm the air supply and connection before treating the equipment package as a complete installation.

The manual also identifies engine-specific restrictions for air purging, including caution for certain plastic one-way or relief-valve components. Do not apply one purge method or pressure to every engine. Review the complete machine instructions and vehicle requirements for the selected application.

For procurement, ask the supplier to confirm the required air connection and the equipment supplied with the ordered configuration. Keep any unconfirmed air-supply requirement separate from the confirmed electrical rating.

Check electrical supply and service-bay access

The published LCS-9800 configuration uses 220 V supply with maximum power of 250 W. Confirm the destination frequency, plug and final supplied configuration in the order. The specified supply and return hoses are each 2.5 m long.

Plan access to the engine connections, a stable machine position and suitable fluid collection and handling. Use confirmed machine dimensions for service-bay space and separate packing measurements for shipping access.

Observation windows, pressure gauges, an overpressure protection program and fault alarms support monitoring. These features do not replace the trained operator or the complete operating instructions.

Review both the manual and illustrated reference

The product page provides the original operation manual, a separate illustrated operating reference and an operation video. Use them to review the controls, connections and scope of the supplied equipment. A shortened buying guide cannot resolve every configuration or engine-specific operating detail.

Ask for the procedure matched to the supplied unit before deciding engine-running conditions, timing, fluid quantity or purging details. Follow the equipment instructions together with the engine service requirements. Avoid replacing them with a single generic sequence copied from another fluid-service machine.

A clear enquiry should include the intended engines, required connections, proposed flushing oil, available electrical and air supplies, quantity and destination. Ask for the standard adapter package, any additional items and the documentation supplied with the order.

Frequently asked questions

Does LCS-9800 include engine flushing oil?

No. BAOHUA confirms that buyers purchase the required engine flushing oil separately locally. Confirm the selected fluid against the equipment and engine requirements.

Is the aluminium-case adapter kit standard?

Yes. BAOHUA confirms the current illustrated LCS-9800 adapter kit is standard. Check individual engine connection requirements before ordering.

Does the air-purge function need an external compressor?

Yes. The manual describes connecting external compressed air. Confirm the connection and follow the engine-specific purging restrictions in the complete instructions.
