Product overview
The BAOHUA CB250P car wheel balancer supports passenger-car tire workshops with static, dynamic and multiple alloy-wheel balancing modes. Operators manually measure and enter wheel diameter, width and distance. The motor drives the measuring cycle and the spindle stops automatically after measurement.
Clear balancing results
Two LED readouts separately display inner and outer imbalance values. Laser guidance indicates adhesive-weight placement. Self-calibration and diagnostic functions support routine setup and checking.
Workshop construction
A steel cabinet supports the machine, while the moulded top tray organizes wheel weights and accessories. Standard equipment includes protective hood, standard cones, quick-lock nut, wheel-weight pliers, rim-width gauge and calibration weight.
Wheel compatibility and optional accessories
The brochure lists a maximum wheel weight of 70 kg, 10–24 inch rim diameter, 3–16 inch rim width and 1100 mm maximum wheel diameter. Toyota Prado cones, Isuzu light-truck cones and a motorcycle adapter are optional; confirm the adapter required for each wheel.
Operating specifications
Listed balancing accuracy is 1 g and balancing time is 7 seconds. The electrical specification is 100–230 V, 50/60 Hz. The 90/130 rpm measuring speed adjusts automatically according to wheel weight. BAOHUA confirms the CB250P net weight as 89 kg with the standard protective hood, or 80 kg without the hood.
Downloadable operation reference
The original 20-page English same-series manual is available in the download section. BAOHUA approves it as an operation reference for CB250P. Its cover reads CB250 and its parameter table lists 93 kg; the current standard CB250P net weight is 89 kg including the protective hood (80 kg without the hood). The PDF remains unchanged. Follow the instructions for the configuration supplied with the machine.
Measurement and weight placement
Mount and secure the wheel with a suitable cone or adapter, manually enter distance, diameter and width, select the balancing mode and lower the hood to start measurement. Raising the hood pauses measurement. The spindle brakes to a stop after measurement. Fit the indicated weights, using laser guidance for adhesive weights and SPLIT hidden-weight placement where required, then measure again to confirm the result.
Delivery and workshop setup
Only the protective hood needs customer installation; the rest of the machine is factory assembled and calibrated. Place it on a firm, level floor; floor anchoring is not required. Connect the matching electrical supply. Compressed air is not required. English operating instructions and operation videos are available.

How to choose this equipment
Selection guidance
- Manual wheel-dimension input
- Choose CB250P when your operators will measure and enter wheel distance, diameter and width manually. Its motor-driven measuring cycle and automatic spindle stop do not mean automatic wheel-dimension measurement.
- Wheel and mounting requirements
- Provide wheel weight, total diameter, rim diameter and width, and hub mounting details. Check against the listed 70 kg wheel-weight limit, 1,100 mm wheel diameter, 10–24 inch rims and 3–16 inch rim width. Confirm any optional light-truck cone or motorcycle adapter for the intended wheel.
- Preparing the quoted configuration
- Confirm the destination electrical supply and requested optional adapters. Net weight is 89 kg with the standard protective hood, or 80 kg without it. Measuring speed is 90/130 rpm, automatically adjusted according to wheel weight.
Compared with related models
CB250P uses manual wheel-dimension input and dual LED readings. The separate CB650P model has a 21.5-inch LCD and standard electronic measurement of distance and diameter; automatic width measurement is optional on CB650P. Compare the measurement workflow and required adapters rather than assuming the two models share the same wheel limits or included accessories.
