Product overview
The BH-526Pro is an automatic tilt-back tire changer for passenger-car tire service, using a conventional mounting head and tire lever. It combines a roller-guided 55 × 55 mm push-pull arm, a Help 5 pneumatic helper-arm system and a fully sealed 180 mm bead-breaker cylinder. Internal clamping covers 12–26 inches and external clamping covers 10–24 inches. Maximum wheel diameter is 1120 mm and maximum wheel width is 420 mm. Electrical configurations are customized to order: 110 V single-phase; 220 V single-phase or three-phase; 380 V three-phase; 415 V three-phase; 50/60 Hz, customized to order. This is not a leverless tire changer.
Roller-guided mounting arm
The square 55 × 55 mm push-pull arm uses guide rollers and precision-machined surfaces. The supplied brochure specifies single-side clearance below 0.5 mm and mounting-head displacement within 3 mm during tire mounting and demounting.
Cabinet and motor construction
The cabinet uses 3 mm CNC-machined steel panels with robot-welded construction and concealed weld points. An integrally welded column base and cabinet support the machine structure. The motor uses an aluminium housing and copper windings. Motor power, phase and frequency must be confirmed for the ordered configuration.
Adjustable wheel clamping
The 15 mm thick turntable assembly incorporates fine adjustment of the clamping-jaw opening. This allows the operator to position the jaws for the wheel being serviced.
Serviceable pedal controls
The pneumatic pedal-valve assembly uses 304 stainless-steel piston rods. A drawer-style control assembly provides access for inspection and maintenance.
Bead-breaking system
A fully sealed, 180 mm diameter bead-breaker cylinder uses a two-way air-inlet design. The bead-breaker shovel is adjustable to multiple angles. The specified working air pressure is 8–12 bar.
Multi-point pneumatic assistance
The Help 5 pneumatic helper system uses double pressing rods and a curved pressing arm to provide multiple tire-pressing points during mounting. The lower support disc helps support and lift the tire during demounting. The integrated lifting slide includes fine adjustment for smooth positioning. Tire-lever operation is still required for this configuration.
Workshop application
Designed for passenger-car tire replacement in tire shops and automotive service workshops. Confirm the intended wheel and tire combinations, air supply and electrical configuration before ordering. BAOHUA confirms support for run-flat and low-profile tires within the specified wheel and clamping limits. This is a conventional tire-lever machine, not a touchless or leverless configuration.
Confirmed standard package and application limits
Help 5 pneumatic helper arms and the lower support disc are standard and included in the machine quotation. The standard package also includes clamping-jaw protectors, mounting-head plastic protection pieces, a tire lever, an inflation gun and pressure gauge, an air filter/water separator and an air lubricator. A bead-blast seating device is not included and is not offered as an option for this configuration. Motorcycle tire service is not supported and no motorcycle fixture option is offered.
Dimensions and site preparation
Machine dimensions are 1450 mm wide × 1700 mm deep × 1900 mm high. The 1700 mm depth excludes column tilt-back clearance: reserve at least an additional 1000 mm behind the machine. Allow additional front and side operating access for the intended wheels. The net machine weight is 334 kg. Working compressed air is 8–12 bar.
Floor anchoring is optional; customers choosing anchoring supply their own foundation bolts. The machine is assembled and lubricated before shipment. Connect the specified power and compressed-air supplies before use; electrical connection and grounding must follow the supplied instructions and machine nameplate. An operating manual and video are available; the video is not currently uploaded.
