Compare diesel spray booth heating packages by burner model, test conditions, airflow, utilities and quotation scope before ordering.
Start with the complete heating package
A diesel spray booth quotation should identify more than the burner brand. The burner, heat exchanger, air system, controls and site utilities need to be described together so that the buyer can compare the actual package being offered. A familiar burner name alone does not establish booth performance or the scope of supply.

Identify the burner and the intended fuel
Ask for the full burner manufacturer, model and configuration in the quotation. Request the associated documentation and confirmation of the fuel specification, electrical connection and service access required for that exact unit. Compare heating claims under stated conditions

Separate electrical demand from fuel-use estimates
A diesel-heated booth still has electrical equipment to account for. Ask for the full electrical load schedule and required voltage, phase and frequency, including fans, controls and other supplied equipment. Compare those requirements with the available workshop supply before finalising the order.
For a fuel-use estimate, request the operating basis: temperature targets, ambient conditions, cycle duration and the quoted configuration.
