Product overview
The BAOHUA FYMIG230XL is a multifunctional high-speed pulsed MIG/MAG welding center for automotive body repair and fabrication. It supports single-pulse, double-pulse and manual metal arc (MMA) welding modes.
PARAMETER MATCHING AND MEMORY Select the workpiece material and wire diameter to obtain automatically matched welding parameters. DSP control and automatic parameter memory help operators retain settings for repeat work.
CONTROL PANEL The display provides welding mode, material, wire diameter, welding process and parameter information. Front controls provide access to welding settings, voltage and current.
WORKSHOP DESIGN A four-roller wire feeder supports wire delivery. The wheeled housing incorporates a top storage tray for accessories and small parts. The brochure lists steel and copper-alloy wire diameters of 0.6–1.2 mm and aluminium-alloy wire diameters of 0.8–1.2 mm. Select wire, shielding gas and process for the actual material and joint.
ELECTRICAL AND OUTPUT DATA The specified input is 220 V ±15%, 50/60 Hz, with 7.7 kVA rated input power and 30 A rated input current. The listed output range is 30 A / 15.7 V to 200 A / 26 V. Duty-cycle ratings are 160 A at 100% and 200 A at 65%.
MODEL SELECTION
How to choose this equipment
Selection guidance
- Material, wire and welding process
- Describe the panel or workpiece material, joint and required welding mode. The brochure lists steel and copper-alloy wire diameters of 0.6–1.2 mm and aluminium-alloy wire diameters of 0.8–1.2 mm. Confirm the matching wire, shielding gas, torch and procedure for the actual repair or fabrication task.
- Matching the duty cycle to the work
- Compare the planned welding current and work sequence with the listed 160 A at 100% and 200 A at 65% duty-cycle ratings. The model name is not an output-current rating. Confirm the applicable test conditions and operating instructions when planning repeated work.
- Workshop supply and supplied accessories
- Provide the local supply and ask the installer to check it against the listed 220 V ±15%, 50/60 Hz input, 7.7 kVA rated input power and 30 A rated input current. Request an itemized torch, cable, wire-feed and accessory configuration rather than assuming every shown item is included.
