Product overview
Lift rating and column options
BH-34T lifts trucks and buses by their wheels. Hydraulic power raises each column.
- Each column is rated at 8,500 kg.
- The standard set has four columns. Its combined rating is 34,000 kg, or 34 metric tonnes.
- The 34T rating applies to the four-column set. It does not apply to one column.
- Six-column and eight-column options are available.
Match the number of columns to the vehicle axles and wheel loads. Use only an approved setup. Adding columns does not automatically approve a higher vehicle lifting capacity. No column may carry more than 8,500 kg. Check uneven load distribution before lifting.
Lift height, speed and wheel fit
- Listed maximum lifting height: 1,750 mm.
- Listed lifting speed: 950 mm/min, adjustable.
- Listed tire diameter range: 480–1,270 mm.
The wheel forks can be adjusted. Check tire width, wheel shape and fork engagement as well as tire diameter.
Power, controls and movement
The columns use wireless communication and rechargeable batteries. The operating system is 24 V. The listed charging supply is AC 220 V. Listed motor power is 3.0 kW.
A touchscreen and physical buttons sit on each column. Transport wheels and a trolley handle let operators move unloaded columns around the bay. Do not move loaded columns.
Typical service work
Typical sites include bus and coach depots, truck repair shops and fleet workshops. The lift gives access below the vehicle for inspection and service.
The tires support the vehicle. This is not a wheels-free lift. Wheel removal needs a separate support and unloading procedure approved by the manufacturer.
Information to send before ordering
- Vehicle type, total operating weight and axle count.
- Load on each axle or wheel.
- Tire sizes and the service tasks you plan to carry out.
Confirm floor load capacity and levelness with the supplier. Also check overhead clearance, column positions, charging arrangements and local requirements. Follow the supplied manual and approved safety procedures.
