Product overview
The BAOHUA V9120 is a leverless car tire changer with a pneumatic tilt-back column and center-clamping wheel arrangement. It combines a flip-type mounting and demounting head, pneumatic wheel handling and assist-arm functions for compatible passenger-car wheels.
Mounting head and support arms
The third-generation pneumatic flip-type mounting head supports tire mounting and demounting without a conventional metal tire lever. A 55 × 55 mm push-pull arm and 125 mm auxiliary-arm cylinder support the operating assembly. The tire press roller uses pneumatic telescopic adjustment, and the press arm rotates through 180° to assist from different positions.
Bead separation and wheel handling
The bead-breaking shovel has multi-angle adjustment. The pneumatic wheel-lifting device helps raise, lower, turn and position the wheel. Select tools, contact positions and protective pieces to match the wheel and tire.
Cabinet and construction
The column base and cabinet are welded together. The brochure specifies a cabinet made from 4 mm steel plate.
