BAOHUA H4-9A / H4-12A 4T & 6T Four-Post Wheel Alignment Lift

The BAOHUA H4-9A and H4-12A are four-post wheel alignment lifts with drive-on twin runways. H4-9A is the 4,000 kg configuration; H4-12A is the 6,000 kg configuration. The rating applies to the complete lift, not to each post or the optional secondary jack. Select the model by vehicle mass, axle loading, wheelbase, track width and available workshop space.

Both models specify a lifting height of 1,800 mm and a 2.2 kW hydraulic power unit. A steel-cable and pulley transmission coordinates lifting, while the supplied design incorporates mechanical self-locking and single-point manual lock release. The under-mounted single-cylinder arrangement keeps the hydraulic lifting mechanism beneath the runways. Operate and engage locks according to the supplied manual.

H4-9A has 4,600 mm runways excluding the approach ramps, a 5,300 mm total length, 3,160 mm total width and 500 mm runway width. H4-12A uses longer 5,700 mm runways, a 6,500 mm total length, 3,467 mm total width and 650 mm runway width. Both list a 1,950 mm post height. Confirm final installation drawings and access clearances before preparing the bay.

The alignment layout includes adjustable turntable positions and rear slip plates. Confirm turntables and all alignment accessories in the quotation. The lift is a vehicle-support platform; a wheel alignment measuring machine, cameras, targets and calibration equipment are separate items unless explicitly included.

An optional sliding rolling jack can provide secondary lifting for suitable wheel-free service. Its capacity, support adapters, lifting points and included quantity must be confirmed separately. Suitable applications include compatible passenger-car and light-commercial-vehicle alignment, underbody inspection and general workshop servicing.
